Year 4 and 5

My name is Mr Ynyr Jones. 

I am the Year 4 and 5 class teacher at Kingsland School. I have been teaching at Kingsland School since September 2025. Kinsgland School is the first school I have taught at since qualifying as a teacher in Summer 2025. I went to Llangefni Secondary School and then to Liverpool University. In school, my favourite subject to teach is Mathematics.

• I have a number of hobbies that include running, hiking, travelling and watching different sports. 
• My favourite food is a Sunday Roast. 
• My favourite colour is green. 
• My favourite TV programme is anything related to golff. 
• An interesting fact about me is that I love to do anything outdoors.
• What I like about Kingsland School is the homely feeling at the school. I enjoy teaching because I find it deeply rewarding and purposeful to make a difference in students' lives, inspire future generations, and share a passion for a particular subject.
